The Vietnam Immigration Department will check your status within 2 days. Then we will inform the result for you. If your visa application is approved, we will send you the notification including the visa letter.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We can help you to process the approval letter to get visa stamp at Vietnam airport. However, the Vietnam Immigration requires you must have more than $1000 USD in order to enter Vietnam. Therefore, you must show in cash or give your card to the Immigration Officer to check if you meet this condition then can continue to do the visa stamp procedure. Please prepare this amount before your departure.

Requirements

For E-Visa application

Passport data page image covering all information and ICAO line (be valid for at least 6 months, and has 2 pages left);
Portrait photo: 4x6; Face looking straight, showing 2 ears, bare head, not wearing glasses; high quality.

For Long-term Business Visa application

Sponsor company's token USB;
Notarized business license copy;
A copy of passport data page image (be valid for at least 6 months, and has 2 pages left) with company stamp;
The sponsor company/organization’s staff will present at the Vietnam Immigration office
Two passport sized photos (4x6 cm and must be recently taken with no glass-wear) and Stamping fee in cash (~50 USD/multiple entries) upon arrival.
