An Dong Market is located in District 5, which is approximately 10 minutes of driving from the CBD of Ho Chi Minh City. Dai Quang Minh Market

District 5 can be seen as a brilliant destination for wholesale shoppers. Apart from Cho Lon and An Dong Market, the district also houses Dai Quang Minh Market, which is a heaven of craft supply. Indeed, the market’s 600 wholesalers sell a wide range of things, which are hung over the shelves for sewing, accessories, and appliques. Walking into the market, you will definitely feel overwhelmed by the crowded, humid and noisy atmosphere. Dan Sinh Market (War Surplus Market)

Dan Sinh Market also can be called as the War Surplus Market, where sells many an impressive array of military memorabilia from the Vietnam War. The market is located about 5 minutes away from Pham Ngu Lao and Bui Vien, which are backpackers’ streets. You can simply find almost military stuff here, such as from uniforms, jackets, and combat boots to binoculars, gas masks, helmets, Zippo lighters and identification tags.  Nonetheless, most of the items sold here are inauthentic war relic, so please double check the price and ensure that you will bargain to get a better price.
