Changes & Refunds
- You can request a refund if your experience is eligible for our cancellation and refund policies, contact us at email@example.com.
- In some cases that your booking is unavailable or canceled by us, we will contact you with options of rebooking to change date or fully refund.
- Please be noticed that you must immediately double check and confirm to us via email all of the information, especially the pick-up or drop-off DATE and TIME that you submitted to us are correct. If it is incorrect, you can just simply email us via firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can fix it for you. Otherwise, we will not be able to take any responsibility for your booking impacts.
- You can contact us via email@example.com and we will response your request as soon as possible.
- It takes us up to 7 days to process your refund after the request is sent. The amount will be transferred back to your bank card or account that you used for booking. This normally takes 3 - 15 working days, or perhaps up to 30 days to handle, depending on your card provider.
- If you still have not received your refund after the above time frame, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- If you choose to the pay by a different currency other than VND and US dollars, the refund amount may not be precisely the same with their original transaction amount because of variable exchange rates and/or international transaction fee charged by the credit card company.
- Due to different time zones and procedures, the refund may take up to 30 days to be processed. Thus, please kindly give it some time and send us email to sort the issue out after 30 working days.
